Passed away on November 18 2018

Peacefully at Kowhainui Rest Home, in his 98th year.  Dearly loved husband of Ann for 66 years.  Loved father of Barry, Peter, Cheryl, and Vickie.  Cherished Grandfather of 12, and Great-Grandfather of 11.
A service to celebrate Cecil's life will be held in the Westmere Presbyterian Memorial Church, Great North Road, SH3, Wanganui on Friday 23rd November 2018 at 1:30pm
