Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on 30 July 2018. loved wife of the late John Smith. Loved mother and mother in law of Gavin and Lynne, Peter, and Steve and Maree O’Leary. Loved Nana to Georgie, Alex, Lokey; Colin, Kelly-Ann, Dani, Katie; Catherine, Clare, Dan, Mike, and Chris, and loved by all her great grand children.

A service to celebrate Shirley’s life will be held in the Cleveland Chapel, 179 Ingestre Street, on Friday 3 August 2018.
