Huia, Warati Tari (Lali): Peacefully in Wanganui on 14 January 2012, surrounded by his family. Dearly loved husband of Huia. Loved father of Vicki and Gavin, Lucky and Mabel, and Vanessa and Jaz. Adored Koko of all his Moko. A funeral service for Lali will be held at the family home, 13 Gloag Street, Waverley, on Tuesday, 17 January, 2012 at 9am. Following this the family will depart for Ratana Paa where he will lie for a service at 1pm.
