Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on 19 December 2011, aged 92 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Jean. Dearly loved father of (the late) Kenneth, Helen, Jeannette, father in law of Ross Jones, and Steve Porter, loved granddad of Shane, Julian, Dylan, and Kris; Jessie, and Cameron, their partners, and all his great grandchildren. Alec’s funeral service will be held in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, 179 Ingestre Street, Wanganui, on Friday, December 23, 2011, at 11am.
