Williams, Phyllis Catherine (nee Parnell):  Phyllis passed away peacefully on December 24 2011 in Wanganui Hospital in her 95th year. Loved daughter of the late Henry and Dallas Parnell. Loved wife of the late Ray Williams, and mother of Murray Clark (Australia). Loved aunty of Peter and Heather Davies. In accordance with Phyllis's wishes a private farewell has been held.
