Passed away peacefully on 10 October 2023. Cherished friend and husband of Luanne. Beloved Dad of Renee, Anton, Elijah, and Josiah. Loved Koro of Jarvis, Lisyeus, Jade, Laylamae, Cruz, and Beau. Beloved father-in-law of Cheyanne, Alex, and Isobell. Loved son of Irene Tai, and the late Tamati. Beloved brother of Tamara and Alan, Lester and Karen, Ersmaye, Justin and Cory, and the late Michael Joseph. Waru is laying at Whangaehu Marae. His funeral service will be held at the marae on Saturday 14 October 2023, at 11am, followed by interment at the Whenuaroa Urupa, Rātana.
