Loved eldest daughter of the late David and Josephine Pomana. Much loved Mum of Josephine and Peter, Moana and Cruz, Odessa and Alicia, Terina, and Robert. Loved Nana of all her Mokopuna and Moko Moko. Loved sister of Janice and the late George, Rani, Wilson and Andrea, Vernon and Marion, and a dearly loved Aunt. Former wife of David Rukuwai.

Hera is home with family at 7 Ngapuhi Street, until her funeral which will be held in the Cleveland Chapel 179 Ingestre Street, Whanganui on Saturday 26th September 2026 at 10.30am.
